1. Returns Eligibility
You may return a product purchased from our website under the following conditions:
a. The item is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
b. The product is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
c. The product is not listed as "Final Sale".
2. Returns Process
To initiate a return, simply email us using the contact form in the Contact Us section and let us know what you’d like to return or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Eolian is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
a. Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
b. Custom or personalized items, as they are made to order.
c. Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
a. If the item meets the return eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchased.
b. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
c. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Shipping
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within one week (7 days) of being placed, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a flat rate for shipping on all orders. The flat rate will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders that meet promotional requirements. These promotions will be clearly indicated on our website and during the checkout process.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
